GAME RULES & BETA GUIDE
A fair frontier.
Public beta · Updated October 30, 2026
What this beta includes
Citavora is a browser strategy game with fictional near-future units. Develop a city, train six unit types, capture four connected AI sectors, join an alliance of up to 20 commanders, and challenge eligible player cities. Battles resolve by comparing power; this release does not include real-time combat or troop destruction. Features and balance may change during the beta.
Build and defend
Your city produces resources, including up to eight hours of offline production. Training and construction each have one active queue. The Command citadel unlocks advanced units, and all combat units can be obtained through ordinary play. Capture AI sectors in order to connect supply routes. Each secured sector increases resource production by 10%.
City protection and raids
New cities receive 24 hours of protection from player raids. Attacking another player ends the attacker’s protection. AI expeditions keep it. Player raids compare attack power with city defense and shared alliance shield strength. Raids can take at most 10% of the defender’s stored alloy, energy, and credits, within the attacker’s storage capacity. The defender receives a 30-minute protection period after a raid, whether the defense holds or is breached. Allied cities cannot raid one another.
Resources and the shop
Crystals can be earned through daily supplies, objectives, sector captures, and alliance raid contributions. They can finish an operation early or buy supplies, defenders, protection, and a city skin. Shop confirmations show the exact crystal cost and contents. Virtual resources and items are usable only inside Citavora and cannot be exchanged for money.
Optional one-time crystal packs are purchased through Stripe and delivered to the signed-in city after verified payment. Listed amounts are base prices in USD; Stripe shows any tax and local-currency total before you pay. Start purchases inside your city so the order is linked to your account. Stripe handles transaction-level billing support through its Managed Payments service. Contact support@globekeeps.com for missing items, billing questions, or refund assistance. No statement here limits any rights that apply to your purchase. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals, or random loot boxes.
Billing and refund support
Cash purchases are not currently available, so this beta does not take payments for the preview packs. For billing or refund questions, contact support@globekeeps.com or submit a purchase question through player support. Include the pack name and purchase date if applicable; do not send payment card details. Payment terms will be shown before cash purchases are enabled.
Play respectfully
Choose appropriate city, commander, and alliance names. Do not impersonate others, publish personal information, harass players, exploit errors, or use automation to overwhelm the game. If you encounter abusive names, a bug, or suspicious behavior, report it privately through player support. This beta has no player chat or private messaging.
