What the game uses

When you sign in with ChatGPT, the hosting service provides an account identifier and may provide an email address and display name. Citavora uses the identifier to keep your saved city associated with your account. Game records include resources, units, buildings, battles, missions, alliance membership, and the city and commander names you choose.

What other players can see

Your chosen commander name, city name, army power, victories, protection status, and alliance tag can appear to other signed-in players. Alliance members can see their shared roster. Use a nickname rather than a real name. Your account identifier, email address, support messages, and purchase records are not included in player directories.

Guest play and device storage

Guest play stores a demo city in this browser using local storage. It is separate from an online city and does not move automatically into a signed-in account. Clearing browser data can remove the guest city. You can play without saving if your browser blocks device storage; your demo then lasts only for the current session.

Hosting, sign-in, and payments

Hosting and sign-in are provided through ChatGPT Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Those services handle authentication cookies and may keep operational request records. Citavora does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Optional real-money purchases are processed by Stripe. Citavora will receive order information needed to deliver items and handle payment questions. The game does not collect card or bank details.

Support and data requests

Messages sent through player support are saved privately for the game operator to review. Do not include passwords, card numbers, medical information, or other sensitive details. Saved game and support records remain stored until removed by the operator. You can request correction or removal using the Account and privacy category in player support. Removal requests are reviewed; submitting a request does not immediately delete a city.

Signed-in players can download their game data. The download contains their own game and support records, not other players’ records. Any future payment records may need separate review when handling removal or payment support.
